Mynxx Template interfering with Virtuemart Shipping

Hi there,
I apologize if this is the second time this post appears - but it seems that my initial post has disappeared even from my account.
It seems that Mynxx is preventing Virtuemart from displaying the Shipping Method step (step 2) when checking out. I say this because when I replace the Mynxx theme with another (like JA Purity) the Shipping method view appears and the check-out can proceed normally.

Does anyone have idea why this is happening? If so - is there a fix? I'm using Joomla! 1.5.14
Any ideas would be appreciated.
