- Try use in other browser and also, you can clear your browser cache after making changes
- Quick tips::
  1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
  2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
  3) Use in firebug

- hi irene,
  
  you can use your ftp program to go to your joomla root folder and find the file configuration.php.
  then change the permissions of this file to make it writable.
