Rok Weather location is limited

I had a website that used the .4 version of rok weather and I was able to get weather for Arusha, Tanzania
I have since upgraded the latest versions of the plugins and modules and I can nolonger obtaint the weather for this location. I can still get domestic USA weather with out any problems. The module tells me that I have and "invalid location provided"
I am using the same location name that both google and weather.com list the weather under.
Have there been some changes to the code that would prevent this?

Actually, it's using Google Api Weather
www.google.com/ig/api?weather=New%20York
You may try to put your location there and if Google doesn't support it, then the module can't support the location too
