  • Wierd behaviour on menu icons from Reaction phpbb3 template

    • Hi Guys,

      On my main site I have a drop down menu along the top which has links (text and icons) to various sections of the site. On my phpBB3 page called 'Forum' the Joomla menu in the Reaction template style is also along the top and functions the same as the menu on the rest of the website.

      The problem I am having is that on my main site the icons work fine in the drop down menu but on the exact same menu on the phpBB3 page the icons either don't display at all or just their filenames appear and sometimes a crossed out image location icon (dependant on browser).

      I can't understand why the icons won't load as the Reaction phpBB3 theme is pulling the menu from the main site?

    • Ah, managed to sort it out now.

      Bit of a pain but if I edit the guest_joomla_menu.inc file and put the full path to the image file it displays fine. Not ideal as I will have to edit the file manually every time I add an icon to a menu item but once my menu is finished I shouldn't have to do it often.

      At least it works!
