Flash animation - menu conflict

I have a flash animation below the main menu on my home page. While the flash transition takes place, the menu drops behind the animation. Anybody know of a way to prevent this?

It's displayed properly is FF3 and IE8.
Is there a particular browser you are have a problem with?
(Have you cleared your cookies and cache?)
Also note in you code, you could try changing (or adding) wmode parameters to 'transparent' or 'opaque'
