SOLVED Quasar Template Still

Hi,
I have the Quasar template installed and when i go to adjust some of the setting in features or layouts nothing works. I can't turn anything on or off, on any of the settings, features, layouts etc. How can i fix this?

also the param.ini files is set to 755, i need to adjust the width on my top menu and would love to have this working. Any help would be nice,

Hi,
I'm using Quasar too.
Can u explain your problem in detail ?
Do you mean all the buttons are unavailable ? Like u just can't moove any stuff ?

Please disable all cache plugins you may have installed. You should also try with another browser.
"also the param.ini files is set to 755"
Does it help if you set it to 757? - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

That is correct, in the parameters for the template quasar i can not turn anything on or off, or adjust anything. Example: i can not turn off the logo, or change the Top Position layout from 4 to 6 and or adjust the widths of top-position....

Under plugins, i have no other plugins that are enabled. I have tried it IE and it doesn't work either. However with ie it shows there is an error on the page.
I also tried setting the ini to 757 and that didnt work.

I am able to change the drop down menus. They will Save, however the Show on and off, when i click those they stay the same and will not change.
Also for some reason in my presets i only see three styles instead of the normal 6.
Would really like to get this figured out.

That is odd, i cannot really replicate it although i have seen it happen at random with older browsers. I think it has to do with the JS engine each browser is using. Some are good and will cause no problems while others doesn't seem to load all functions fully.
It's hard to debug things like this as they're very random.
The next major version of Gantry will probably solve this for good as it doesn't have all the settings in a single page. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

Well i would like to report that the upgrade fixed it but.
Just installed the 3.1.11 and still doesn't work. I have tried IE, Firefox 3.5 and 4.0. Still not working. Hope to find a fix soon. So i can fix my top menu bar, and add some other things to site.
Do you want a copy of my diagnostic files?
