    • Thanks, I see that there is nothing there. Are you sure that you have RokStories configured correctly? Take a look at the documentation and see if that helps. If not, PM me your login and I'll take a look.

    • It is actually there but will not work when the articles are not the sample data.
    • Thank you,

    • I just need to ask - you have your articles assigned to a category and a section, and have also made that assignment in the RokStories module?

A good method to try is instead of creating new articles, bring the sample data articles back, then edit those with your content and keep all the html formatting the same and see if that works.

Otherwise I need to see your backend to know for sure what is happening.

    • Editing the existing ones are what I did.

Yea the module is pointing to the correct section/category.

I will PM you login info.
    • Thank you,
      Jason

    • Hi Jason, I managed to get it working. I think the issue lies within your text editor, I was having problems with your backend pages not loading up correctly, and in some cases and it may be sticking in some extra codes when you save. Once I switched the settings to "No Editor" and pasted in the demo article code it worked fine. You can make that setting under "Global Configuration".

It says your using TinyMCE, but it looks like a mod of some sort. I would maybe look at reinstalling that or turning it off when working with rokstories articles, it's causing you some problems. You can also edit settings in the "Plug In Manager" - Here is some info from another post:
      important:
make sure to edit your rokstories articles with your editor switched off or using the rokpad editor. many other wysiwyg joomla editors incl. the default joomla editor tinymce are famous for stripping out and modifying html code upon saving the article if not configured properly. this will cause rokstories to fail!! if using tinymce make sure to set "code cleanup on startup" = off and "code cleanup on save" = never.

By the way, I created a new category / section called FP-Rokstories, there are 4 demo articles in there. Hope that helps.

    • Hmmm...I used the RocketLauncher install for the Joomla instance and the template and mods. I did load the full the version of RokStories but I havent changed anything on TinyMCE.

Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
