Finding / Associating text with modules

Imaginary scenario, asking about how to quickly find and modify text on a Joomla page:
While sipping morning coffee, I notice that my associate posted something about RokZOOM in the Home page of the Simplix demo( demo.rockettheme.com/ ). And RokZOOM isn't supposed to be announced for a week! I need to delete/modify that text before Smithers finds out about it! (Sure, RokZOOM is really available, but this is imaginary. Bear with me, please).
So, if I knew what I was doing, how would I go about quickly finding and deleting the RokZOOM text that someone entered? Please? There has to be more automation and logic to this simple operation than I've discovered ...
Also, How would I post something to the User3 module position, on a page I'm creating and linking to the Tutorials/Mystuff menu?

You can find module positions by going to
www.yoursite.com/index.php?tp=1
You then find the Module in Admin > Modules > Site Modules
