Hi Mark
the JSN is deinstalled and as effekt, the slider and the arrow appears, but it's still not functional
as far as I can see, are there no errors anymore
any idea?

Now we're back to where we started - you are getting server500 errors and I need to know the error message appearing in the log associated with those errors.

- the provider made some changes and means that the errors should be displayed now !?

The only error code that shows in the browser is server500. This is a generic error code that tells me nothing. In an apache environment I would then look in the apache error log to get a more detailed error message associated with the server500. In a windows environment there must be an equivalent error log - so please ask you host for the error message associated with the server500 from the log.
