    • I've just installed Afterburner2 and am trying to get everything set up. I have an issue where, if I enable the mainbody and create a featured article, I get a blank page displayed when visiting the website. If I do not create a features article, the page displays normally.
I've searched but not found anything resembling this in the forums here. Can anyone help?

    • Did you use the Rocket Launcher to install?

What's your home page menu item type? Perhaps toggle it to just be a Single Article type...

    • No, I did not use the rocketlauncher to install, I had a operational Joomla system running that I added Afterburner2 and Gantry to. And, while I am a paid customer, I choose the Afterburner theme since it was closest to what i wanted my site to look like. Currently the home Menu type is set to featured Articles, of which I only have one article. Even if I set it to a single article and use the one that I have, I get the same thing, a blank page with no output from the web server at all. Even viewing the source code shows a blank page. Nothing to troubleshoot, no debug info, nada.

    • Contact info now in original message above. I have the mainbody set on, if you visit the site you will see the area where it is supposed to go, it is blank. Sidebar-A contains my site login module, Sidebar-B has my twitter feed. I have an article that I've created, and three generic test ones as well, with no formatitng or html code in them.

If I set ANY of those messages as a featured article, I get a blank page when visiting or refreshing the website. ANd I mean blank as in zero output frmo the webserver, no source code, no debug, not error, nothing. If I set the feastured article to not featured the website returns and dislpays normal when visited or refreshed.

    • I'm not having alot of luck... can you tell me why your homepage redirects to /en? Are you planning on doing a multilanguage site and if so how are you managing that?

Would you be opposed to simply to using all modules on your homepage as opposed to an article and 2 sidebar items? That may be the ticket in this case...

    • That's just always been the way that it redirects the website. I guess that I can turn off the mainbody and just put a module in sidebar-a, sidebar-b and sidebar-c.

I'm just curious as to why it would display a blank page, no errors, nothign when trying to display ANY featured article.

    • You want to use Feature or Showcase postions... any postion except a component position...

but yeah... it's weird... the very first thing that happens on your page is that it's redirected to /en -- a GET is preformed on /en... so I can only surmise it's something right there that's the problem, or the start of the problem... I was looking for a language plugin of some kind to disable but I didn't see anything obvious...
