Installing the Package Using Rocketlaucher after uploading to my web

Hi,
I have watched the RocketLauncher video several times and I cannot understand what is said about pointing your browser after uploading the package. I could not find the install.php that is normally used to install Joomla. So I need to ask two questions.
1. When I unzipped the RT package for the Dimensions template, I got two directories, "administrator" and "Joomla_RT_Dimensions". Am I supposed to upload both to my website?
2. Where do I point my browser to install the package?
