    RokSprocket Module doesn't work properly

Posted 10 years 8 months ago
    • Hi, I use the RokSprocket Module on my website 212.34.194.223/ but in home page after 2-3 refresh, the modules starting to look in a bad way.
If I unpublish and re-publish the modules the problem will fix. But after 2-3 refresh the problem come again.
Could you please help me? Thank you.
I tried also to reinstall the module (roksprocket-2.1.2.zip), but this message occurred: "Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server."
Please, help me is very important.
      Thanks.

What browser are you using? I tried your site and reloaded for a few minutes and couldn't get the error to show.

Is the RokSprocket filesize permitted by the PHP on your server? Check Admin -> Extend or Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage -> WARNINGS

Some servers have a limit for filesize upload, which creates problems for Joomla. An example RokSprocket which is larger then 2mb and the server limit is 2mb, then you will get this error.
Get your hoster to increase the size for you OR upload the package through FTP to the temp folder in Joomla Root. Install it as normal, but use the "install from folder" option, second from the top, instead of upload package.
