rocksproket module problem

    • Hi everyone, I have a site with lumiere theme in joomla 2.5.24 when I go to create a new form in roksprocket showcase_a, at the time when I go to save changes I make this problem {"status": "success", "message ":" "," payload ": {" module_id ": 152}}

      What could have happened? version 2.1.2 is the roksprocket

      You should update:

      Joomla version to 2.5.27
      Template to latest version
      Gantry to 4.1.26

    • I thought of that but I also have another site with the same versions on the usual hosting them and everything works so I would update and make things worse

      How can I do?

      That is an unusual scenario and totally avoidable. Simply backup your site with a free copy of Akeeba backup
