  • Rokbox no video on phones

    • Rokbox popup works very well. But if I embed a Youtube Video the popup don't open and video don't play on phones (I've tested Android).

      Make sure you've got the latest Android OS

    • Yes, your demo works properly on my android phone (and other 4 I've tested).
      In this page:

      I thought it was a conflict with that slideshow. But If I disabe it, the problem remains.
      And in this page also:

      rokbox popup don't works on android phones.
      Template is a simple Protostar.
      Can You help me? Is very frustrating...

    • Make sure you've got the latest RokBox installed... try disabling ALL non-RocketTheme extensions/plugins... try using the "normal" YouTube link in your <a> tag...
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQ5w6a-iOOg

      instead of
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQ5w6a-iOOg&amp;feature=player_embedded

    • I have rokbox 2.0.11
      Disabled all plugins: Rokbox don't works on phones (PC and tablets ok)
      I need popup. So, in a module HTML (with "prepare content" yes) the code is:

      Another thing may be useful: rok button don't works

      So it does work on phones... but it's not working on your site... I can only surmise there's a conflict in your site code that needs be resolved at present

      Your suggestion (remove &amp; ecc....) don't works also. Removing that code part, rokbox popup don't works on Pc also.
      That is the code suggested in your site. Can You send me the exact different code I can use to have a video popup?

    • In the past I've found that RokBox worked better with the normal YouTube link versus the Embed tag... but yes, our documentation shows it with the Embed...

      Perhaps it's Protostar... which would admittedly be weird... try switching to Beez3

      I tested in several Android emulators and it all worked fine... I do not own an Android phone... please detail what device, OS, browser, and browser version you're testing from. Please take a screenshot to show the behavior you're describing... I'll try and get some other folks to test as well

    • Another Mod here tested your site from his Droid Turbo with Android 5.1... ensuring you have the latest Android OS is always important as web technologies continue to evolve... we believe Android 4.4+ is what's needed
