I've been upgrading my site to use the following:
Joomla 3.5
PHP7
rokcandy 2.0.2
What used to happen:
rokcandy could handle long nested shortcodes
like this one.
. However, when you upgrade to PHP7, such long nested shortcodes break and the macros show on the front-end instead.
Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.
Regards, Mark.

I've added the credentials and switched to PHP7. Notice how the [menu_tabs] codes are shown, but the rest (the nested shortcodes) based on
this code
are fine.
Ok I see, and if all you change is to switch back to lower PHP version it then works?
I will need to do some testing of this locally to try and recreate this issue - so please bear with me this might take a couple of days...

My apologies for the delay - I hadn't forgotten. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to reproduce this and I can't. Rokcandy with php7 works fine for me on my local installation.
I wonder if you can come up with a simplified example of when it fails. You have so many rokcandy macros that I can't really reproduce all that locally. You need to narrow it down a lot more so I can replicate it simply locally.
I do also need to point out that whilst the rokcandy extension is FREE support is not.
Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
But if you can simplify an example for me that I can recreate locally that would be helpful and I would like to resolve this if there is an issue.
It could have cause be something to do with your server setting on php7 (e.g timeout values etc) as that is the most complicated use of rokcandy I have ever seen (nested macros).

Please go to Components > rokcandy > options button (top right) and ensure Enable content is set to yes.
Btw, by any chance are you using an arrowthemes template?
