Is Roksprocket NOT compatible with Joomla 3.9.2?

Joomla 3.9.2, PHP 7.2, RokSprocket 2.1.25
Trying to use RokSprocket on our homepage to show articles from a category using Strips, theme Cards.
What doesn't work - we have 6 articles in the category but only showing 3 at a time. The first 3 come up fine, but when we click to advance to the next group or the module autoplays we get the spinning arrow of death forever. Never advances. We've turned all other modules off on the homepage, still doesn't work.
Tried Separated and Parallel themes, too. Same problem.
Other extensions installed: Creative Slider, Breezing Forms, Admin Tools, Akeeba Backup, Ignite Gallery, JCE, Gantry Framework 4.1.39, Gantry Template 4.1.37.
Is RokSprocket NOT compatible with Joomla 3.9.2?

Yes it is compatible with J3.9.2.

That's nothing to do with incompatibility... rather it's because of the CORS policy on your server preventing access to non-www resources from www and vice-versa. So, change the CORS policy on your server.

I'm using Gantry 4 Framework, Gantry 4 Template, RokNavMenu, et al.
Is this a RokSprockets-only requirement?
