  • 500 behavior:caption not found using G5 Hydrogen on Joomla 4

    • Not sure where to go with this so hoping you can shed some light on it. The only pages not working on our upgraded J4 site are plain old article pages. A page created in SP Page builder works fine, but the pages linked to from it where are just normal Joomla articles display only what you see below along with the debug info:

      Any idea if this might be gantry related or if there is something else I should do to troubleshoot this?

    • Look in the apache error log and report the error message that is associated with the server500. Set the global configuration > error level to "maximum" and see if that reveals more error messages. Check that all your third-party products are compatible with Joomla 4. What PHP version are you using?
