- I've eliminated anything in the "top" module position and i've set my logo size to 900x70 but its not displaying all the way across. Anyone have an idea? www.webformanceinc.com/hammerle

That should do it!

Hello,
Open the light3.css and find:
#logo { background:transparent url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat scroll 0 0; display:block; height:58px; margin:20px 15px; <--change to margin:0px; width:1000px; }
You may wish to have a little top padding or margin though.

If you are concerned about the white area to the right of the logo, your logo is 900px wide so you could:
1- resize your logo
-or-
2- change your total wrapper size to match your logo (900px)
PS. I tested that, change your wrapper size down to 900px with the above margin adjustments and that fixes the "extra-area" in your logo.
