Afterburner template on install get "Restricted access"

Let me preface this by saying that I have installed and customized many many Rockettheme templates... Now that that has been stated, this morning I downloaded the Afterburner template (version 1.5.0) and uploaded the .tar.gz file onto my server and subsequently unzipped/extracted the files. Upon bringing up my dev site within my browser to complete the installation process I'm receiving "Restricted access". Looking at the file structure of this download package, it appears that there are several files and folders missing. For instance, I do not see an installation folder nor do I see the components, modules, templates directories and other directories that are vital for Joomla to function. Can you please direct me as to where I can download a FULL version of this template? I downloaded my copy from here:

It's been a while since I've worked with a free template (I usually work with members only templates), so if something has changed with the file structure and establishing the database on these free templates, please enlighten me.

hi monica,
unlike the club templates, the afterburner package is a pure template only and is not available in a rocketlauncher package like the club templates.
you will need to get joomla installed first and then you can add the template.
