I have found the problem, and has nothing to do with sef (i believe) i have just removed all read more link from the articles and now is working fine! is this a bug?

- Hmm, I never heard any relation between the readmore and the right column module issue though. Could you please send me a PM with your Joomla SuperAdmin details so I can look closer to your problem?
