      OK under the resources menu is an article called Resource Centre, the third paragraph has the code

      {faqslider section}faqs{/faqslider}

      which is from the FAQ Slider plugin, (it can be seen here in action... www.trafalgardesign.com/faqs/plugin-faqs )

      Basically the js is being broken somehow, its all a bit over my head..
      I checked your site and I see the slider and tabs there is working properly. Screenshot attached. Furthermore, this is not the template or RT extension issue. If you are using 3rd party extension, I would also highly recommend you to ask the developer regarding to their extension issue.

      That isn't my site, that is the FAQ Sliders demo site that i sent to show u how it should look, check ur PM's for the login details to carroll-co.com

      It is a template issue, if i change the template assigned to that menu (ie MilkyWay) the sliders and tabs work.

      If u check the page with FireBug it shows a js error...

      BTW, the user forum for the FAQ Sliders has a post that someone else posted showing exactly the same error on RT Gantry based template.

      Thanks

    • Alright, I don't have any idea more about this issue.

      I checked your site, but please give me the "exact" link where I can find the tabs and slider. I will forward this issue to the team so they can check but I can't guarantee as you are using 3rd party extension and in our TOS, #13, we mentioned:
      Warranty:
      RocketTheme expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title, merchantability including, but not limited to merchantability of computer programs, and fitness for a particular purpose. RocketTheme does not warrant or guarantee these extensions in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration extensions on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the extensions as we can not guarantee that RocketTheme extensions will work with all browser combinations. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Nothing in this section should be construed as excluding or limiting any warranty beyond what is permissible under applicable law.

    • Hi Arifin

      The 'exact' link is on the resources menu (as previously mentioned), accessible only by login at the moment as the site is offline.

      It is definitely a template issue, if i change the template to the MilkyWay template for that menu it works fine.

      FireBug is reporting a js error:

      var InputsMorph breaks on $(document.body).getStyle

      Please I really need this looking at, just because its one of the free templates doesn't mean it shouldn't get some support.

      I know that others are having similar problems with Quasar..

      TIA

      Kev

    • I have given up on this...

      I have used Shape5's tab system which can use Mootools or their own script and their own script works without confilcts..

      Very disappointed...

    • I am having the same problem with faqslider and rt_crystalline. I have tried the installed version of mootools, plus the update to 1.2.5. It works fine in an akiraka site. I also installed and tested another faq plugin from core design and same symptoms. The second faq plugin breaking seems to implicate the template. Firebug shows no js errors.

      The affected page is
      www.easyearnedincome.com/FAQ/

      More Info. I have discovered that VM tooltips no longer work. Note all this stuff worked fine before changing template from akiraka to crystalline. Note I set on the mootools upgrade (1.2.5) plugin which fixes a https problem (go figger) and in any case it doesn't make any difference if the earlier mootools version is used or not.
