Afterburner menu dropdown not appearing in IE7

Hi all,
I am having a problem with afterburner and IE7. OK in FF & IE8
Url is http://www.everysense.co.uk/index.php
There are dropdowns on the 'About Us' and 'Insight & Resources' links and they display fine in FF & IE8 yet in IE7 they do not appear.
I have RokNavMenu 1.8 installed. Menu module is set to show sub links.
Could use some ideas on this one please.

Hi all,
Edited --- I have managed to narrow down the problem but I still need a solution. To meet client style needs I have to set the menu to float right and each link needs to be a fixed width (146px). As soon as I specify a 'width:146px;' in the #nav li css IE7 does not display the dropdown sub menu items.
Would love to get this sorted.

I have since updated to roknavmenu 1.10 and no change.
Using IETester the menu works in IE5, 6 & 8 but not IE7. This is rapidly becoming a major issue for me now so if anyone has any ideas I could sure use them.
