How to see left or right menus in phpBB3 with afterburner?

I have installed phpBB3, the afterburner template, imagessets, the rokBB3 extension to the forum, activated and set the afterburner template to default, cleared all cache, refreshed and updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, altered settings to the afterburner admin page, and nothing happens. I cannot see any left or right columns, whatever changes I do nothing happens at the forumpage.
The afterburner template is showing, but without the columns or top or bootom menus. Probably I'm missing something, I cannot find any answers anywhere and hope that someone else have some easy solution.

- There is a setting in the RokBB3 admin backend that lets you set left, right, or full view. Have you set this then cleared all cache and refreshed the theme? Also, be sure your browser is refreshing.

Yes I have, several times, cleared cache in browser and in admin of the forum, both all cache for the forum and cache for the style.

Did you solve this? I got the same problem....
Whatever I change in the Afterburner Modul of PHPBB, no changes made. I changed the color scheme to dark, nothing happened...

If you're trying to use a url like that, you may need to check your url settings in the phpBB3 admin.
Are you using RokBridge?
Have you cleared cache and also refreshed the theme?
Is the theme set to be the default theme?
Did you set both of these to yes?* General → Server configuration → Load settings → Recompile stale style components to Yes
* General → Server configuration → Security Settings → Allow php in templates to Yes

Got it sorted out...
The issue was that you installed the RokBB3 Global Configuration and Afterburner modules in the backend twice and in different places. The one that was installed where it should be was being overriden by and Afterburner module installed under the "Styles" tab and a Global Configuration module installed under it's own "Global Configuration" tab.
I uninstalled all instances of them, then re-installed them in the right place, then Purged Cache and then set the new settings.
It should work fine now.
