Translating Grunge into Danish

Hi
I have downloaded and installed the free Grunge theme on torco.dk/morsvingerpiske
I have spent hours on trying to translate the theme, but without any luck.
I can see that the DA_dk files are in the wp-content/languages folder. And I can see that the wp-config file is set to: define ('WPLANG', 'da_DK');
I thought that this would translate the text on the Grunge theme into Danish, but it´s still in English.
I know that it´s possible to edit the language with POedit, but the files were already there when I looked in the wp-content/languages folder.
I would be very happy to hear from someone who knows how to translate Grunge into Danish

Woops, I ment the da_DK files are in the wp-content/languages folder.
