SOLVED: How to format text in RokSprocket Strips

  • SOLVED: How to format text in RokSprocket Strips

Posted 7 years 8 months ago
    • Hello everyone!

I am building a website for my health center and we have multiple locations that I would like displayed on the frontpage using RokSprocket Strips. In the description portion of each strip, I would like to format the address and phone number to that location on their own line.

Example of what I would like:

      333 Valencia St.
      San Francisco, CA 94103
      (415) 503-1046

      Instead of:

      333 Valencia St. San Francisco, CA 94103 (415) 503-1046

And just have it word-wrap around in the strip.

I have used br, p, div codes to no avail.

Here is a link to the frontpage I'm working on before it goes live: s543041967.onlinehome.us/

I hope someone can point me in the right direction and it's an easy fix. Thank you so much!

    • I just replaced your &nbsp; tags with <br> tags and it's working for me... can you please try setting one or 2 of them like that again and if it doesn't render how it just did in my test post back and I'll take another peek :)

    • Hey Matt, I put in the <br> tags without luck. I see them there in the description of the RokSprocket items on the backend, but when I click "View Page Source" and look at the code, the <br> tags aren't there. I can give you backend access
