Unable to save URL from the back end - Myriad theme
Posted 8 years 4 months ago
I am using the Myriad theme, on a development/test domain for my live site.
We are getting ready to move the developed site to the live domain, but ran into an issue:
On the home page below the slider there are 3 sections. The links of those sections cannot be changed from the backend because of a known bug as discussed here by another user
www.rockettheme.com/forum/free-wordpress...working?limitstart=0
.
Unfortunately, there is no solution posted on the forum, so I am not able to fix this issue

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that!

Hi Damir
Can you tell us how to upgrade the plugin because in the backend there is no option for upgrade in the plugin? If we delete the plugin and upload the new version then we would lose all the widgets that are already created and there is also not an option to export/import widgets done under this plugin.

Just download the plugin from RocketTheme and then unzip it and with FTP just OVERRIDE the current roksprocket folder... DO NOT delete the folder and then upload OVERRIDE IT...
