  • SOLVED audacity widgets not working on home page

    • Hi:
      I've been using Audacity on WP for a couple years now, with great success. Lately, I've installed a js-based html widget on the home page and loaded it into the analytics section of the Widgets tool.

      Sadly, I noticed today, that only two of my widgets in the sidebar are present (normally home page contains four or five) and then there's a Quora Pixel header just hanging there.

      I immediately deactivated the custom html widge with the Quora Pixel js code and there's been no change to the front page sidebar. I tried adjusting the order of the widgets of the sidebar - no change.

      After searching in this forum, I deleted and reinstalled the gantry 4 plugin. No change.

      I reinstalled WordPress 4.9.4... ... no change.

      Thoughts?

      I would suggest that you try disabling the new widget you added and the clear server and browser cache and see if that restores the normal working.

      Also make sure you are on the latest versions of RT products (which will require a subscription).
