Gantry Error - Gantry Array Helper not Found

same problems, anyone got this solved
joomla 1.6 just maelstrom, no data package,
started to break after i tried using roknavemenus..
seriously not installing again.....
please please help

I have been coming into this error as well, and can't figure out how to fix it. I have tried to make sure all the RT stuff is the latest as suggested and it is, but whenever I try to access a Gantry menu I get this error:
Fatal Error: Class 'GantryArrayHelper' not found in libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantryregistry.class.php on line 357 The error was detected in the Libraries.
I am using Gantry 3.2.8 (Camber), Joomla 1.7, Roknavmenu 1.6
Unfortunately I am going on holiday for 2 weeks so my responses to any queries and suggestions will be a little slow. However there is no rush

apologies for the late reply.
i had a look at your site and i do not see that error:
"Fatal error: Class 'GantryArrayHelper' not found in /home/mydomain/public_html/ja6/libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantryregistry.class.php on line 357"
anywhere on your site. when and where are you seeing this exactly?
what i do see on your site is the following:
500 Internal Server Error
Fatal Error was detected!
Please contact the site owner.
whenever i try to view any template settings of any gantry template.
please check your server's error logs to see if there are any error messages stored.
i also noticed that you are using seo and mod_rewrite, not sure if any of those settings are causing a problem. as well any of your many 3rd party extensions could be causing a conflict of some sort. best thing would be if you could set up a rocketlauncher install on the same server to check if you are having the same problem there too. then we'd know if this is only happening on that specific install or on all installs.

Hi Kat, thanks for getting back,
The Fata error: Class etc. comes up whenever I try to get into any of the Gantry templates after they install, I don't know why you get a different error from mine.
The error I get (pasted) is:
Fatal Error: Class 'GantryArrayHelper' not found in libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantryregistry.class.php on line 357
The error was detected in the Libraries.
As for the third party stuff, most of those went in after I couldn't get Gantry to work, so I am not sure about that either
The only error in the logs I can see related to Gantry is:
[Mon Aug 29 15:28:09 2011] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'GantryArrayHelper' not found in /home/lin****/g/mywebsite*/user/htdocs/libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantryregistry.class.php on line 357
There are a few of them in the logs but that is the most recent from when I tried to access a Gantry Template.

- Have you tried uninstalling the Gantry framework and installing it again with a fresh download?
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

Hi Prim,
Yes, I have tried doing that several times. They do uninstall but with errors, and when I re-install it has the Library install message in Green and the template message in green, the rest of them are blue (items from the bundle.zip). It says check the logs for errors.
