  • Template admin not accessible after Gantry update

    • After updating to the newest Gantry version on Joomla 1.5 I'm unable to access all the Rockettheme template admins in Joomla (non-rocket template admins work finde). I'm mainly using the Grunge theme.

      The following error is shown:
      0 - Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten

      Unable to use given directory. Check file permissions.

      Does anyone know a solution for that problem? Thanks...

    • Well, it says check file permissions...

      Files should be 644 (or 646) and folders 755 (or 757) 8)

      I'm having this same problem also with the template manager, execpt I'm running Joomla 1.7 with latest RT 'Modulus' template (1.62).

      I am unable to 'save', 'save & close' or 'close' to exit the template manager. Plus I have tried to 'save' an increase in font size under font settings but that seems to have no affect in the front end.

      Can only continue work by closing the browser. Have the same problem in FF6 and IE8.

      When I open browser again, joomla admin opens in 'control panel' window. All other functions in back end admin appear to work OK.

      Would appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

      And yes, server is running PHP 5.2. Files are 644 folders 755.

    • I have the same problem, which I posted in the reflex template section www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=51...pic&p=711075#p711075 .

      I have updated to gantry 3.11 and now I can not access my template settings anymore. I have tried to reinstall the original version of 3.8 but this has not helped either.

      Could anyone help please.
