Rounded Corners for Standard Gantry Install

Hello,
I'd like to implement rounded corners on a Joomla! 1.7.3 site with Gantry 3.2.12 and the Gantry template, rt_gantry, at 3.2.12 as well. I've read everything I can find on the subject and it seems to me that it should not be too hard. I just can't seem to sort through all that I've read.
I would like to make a custom html module appear in one of the standard "rt_gantry" positions with rounded corners. In this case it is the "showcase" position and there are two which span the entire 940px. They are showcase-a and showcase-b.
I have used the Gantry docs to create new module rows but I just don't get the chrome tutorial. I've looked through everthing I can find for too many hours now.
Could use some suggestions. Thanks.
