It's impossible to give any good advice due to the lack of information provided.
The first thing to check is the folder permissions..
It depends on the Joomla version but it's something like this:
Help > System Info > Directory Permissions
Site > System Information > Directory Permissions
System Tools > System Information > Directory Permissions
They should be marked as "Writable" (green colour) - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
