Gantry not visible in different locations?

OK here's a good one. Recently redesigned a client Joomla site in Gantry 3.2.17. Joomla 2.5.6.
We moved hosting form NetSol to HostGator and there the problems began. Client and his customers can view the site fine in certain areas, but, for example, client is now out of town and can only see page background. Not content. Needless to say they are quite upset.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
Not sure if it's a Gantry thing but I can see it fine on my Macs and also a GateWay running IE8.

Hello JJ,
A link to the site may help if you can provide it. If the site is new and the name servers or domain name records haven't propagated through the Internet yet, I can see that causing some access issues. But I can't imagine a visitor only being able to see parts of the site such as a background. I wonder if they are accessing DNS records that are pointing to the old site at NetSol? - B

- Yes it sounds very peculiar, but upon closer inspection tonight, it looks like it may be an IE 9 issue. Perhaps the client was not correct with their explanation earlier but it now looks like the IE 9 problem. because we are seeing it in Chrome and FF.
