Remove transitions for menu items

I am using Gantry 4 with the basic gantry template.
I am trying to delete all transitions for all menu items. Currently there is a transition that goes from a light grey to whatever the menu item color is, in this case white. I just want t flat white with no special effects.
Anyone know of a one-fell-swoop way to do this?

Hi Prim, i'm working on it locally. But if you go to
demo.gantry-framework.org
, you can see the same thing I am working on.
The main menu item drop downs, etc., when hovering over them, show a slight transition. I just want to delete all transitions.
