top menu & custom module & search box spacing problem

Top menu, custom html module and search box spacing problem on responsive template.
I'm trying to right justify these three modules and have them remain responsive. The top menu seems to be under the custom html module layer and the right most top menu item is not clickable at certain widths. Is there a way to make this all work?
I have:

- thank for the log in info. I have looked at it and it responds quite well as far as I can see. What do you mean when you say you want to "justify" them?

I would like the items up top to be spaced like the main menu, closer
together.
The main menu lines up on the right with the right side of the slideshow on
the front page. I'd like the search box to line up in the same way at all
widths. At narrower widths the search box is more to the right.

- Sorry, I turned it off because I went another route and made the menu and social icons a single module. Sorry to have taken up your time without notifying you I went another way. I just completed it. Thanks cdavis
