The following PHP Fatal error and stack trace is occuring on some FCGI based joomla systems. I have this in my server logs, I am not sure what is triggering this problem or how to reproduce the error. The error is very consistant in the server logs, it always references some Rocket Theme products like gantrymodulesrenderer.class.php and fusionmenu.php.

Posted 10 years 5 months ago- reinstall Gantry, clear all system and gantry caches from the Joomla backend... also please understand that Joomla 3.X is Short Term Support and is meant to help developers test their extensions in readiness for Joomla 3.5 and as such every release will create problems as the Joomla team introduce new code and changes.... J3.3.1 is out as well

We have updated to 3.3.1, reinstalled Gantry and cleared all system and gantry caches. The "Uncaught exception 'RuntimeException' with message 'Unable to load renderer class'" error that is causing the stack trace is still happening.
We do understand that "Joomla 3.X is Short Term Support"; we were going to stick with the 2.5.x series until 3.5.x came out, but J3.3.x brought in some features that we felt were too importaint to wait for the LTS release.
We are reporting this so that the error can be address and the future of Gantry on 3.5.x will be one of the most stable LTS versions available.

The error is captured in the server logs, I have yet to find what specifice page or process is triggering the Uncaught exception. As such I can't point you to a specific page or provide any steps on how to replicate this problem.

Posted 10 years 5 months ago- Try toggling error reporting to full in the global config and see if we can get any other useful errors on page or in the console.

I'll see about trying a toggle of error reporting durring off business hours, see if we can get any other useful errors on page or in the console.
I do have a few other logs with some information on the site that probibly isn't related, but I've provided them in the secure area just in case they have any relavance.

Posted 10 years 5 months ago- Is this still an issue? Were you able to capture any errors with error reporting on Maximum/Developer... or anything useful in the Joomla Debugger?
