Gantry is running slow on bluehost?

my dev site,
saviortek.com/sites/bgcnt.net
is running really slow. I moved the site to another blue host account - still slow
I disabled plugins, still slow.
I changed template and it was moving faster... but I LOVE GANTRY! This is my first gantry site and I would love to understand what is going on with the speed. Can anyone assist me in this?
My Hosting company is Bluehost

- the initial GET Request response from the server is over 8 seconds. That is incredibly long. Have you asked you hosting company to look at the server. Shared servers can get overloaded or resource drained depending on what some users are running.

The domain saviortek.com doesn't have that problem, nor does the other sites on the Dev. What could be causing this? The server is not handling any other site like this.
The GET is slow only on saviortek.com/sites/bgcnt.net -

I disabled gantry, and the initial GET was very fast.
I REALLY LOVE it and would like to use it with this site. Does anyone have any recommendations! -

my mistake on the Joomla location. Yes Word press and that is what I was looking for. Thank you.
