How can i include the phpcode between the header tags?Whats the right way do make it and can there be any problems with updates?

You include it in the index.php, header.php if you want to use it in contact page in the template-contact.php.
If you will upgrade Gantry Framework it will not get overwritten, but if you will upgrade the template it will and you will need to reapply the code... - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!
