Gantry Framework JQuery Conflict With Thrive Landing Pages

Hi,
I am using the Lexicon theme with Gantry Framework currently.
I purchased Thrive themes landing pages, a plugin that offers custom drag and drop page construction as well as custom landing pages on my wordpress site. The initial version of the plugin seemed to be working find with my theme's style but when i loaded their landing pages function, which uses different style alltogether on the pages of my site, I am unable to get the pages to display properly or see the editing menu they provide on the page.
Here is what support told me:
The issue is that the plugin is loading jQuery incorrect and not in line with the WordPress codex.
It’s actually loading it from this path:-
ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.1/jquery.min.js
When in fact jQuery comes packaged with every WordPress installation locally.
This means that jQuery is being loaded twice, breaking all initialisation and removing references that our plugin requires to run.
Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this? I very much want to use your theme Lexicon which is working great, but I need to be able to load these pages on my site as well. Let me know if theres a fix for this to eliminate the javascript conflict.
Has this ever been a problem in the past?

- Who is loading the jQuery the plugin or the theme, if the plugin i believe you need to contact the plugin maker and i know we don't load jQuery in our themes!

So you guys offer no support for gantry framework even though your themes all require it to be installed and activated to use?
The gantry framework website points their support to you guys.
You advertise your product as compatible with wordpress, yet the plugin that is affected by your using gantry is saying it unnessearily loads jquery when it already comes as part of the wordpress package.
They literally told me that gantry is not up to spec with the wordpress codex for building themes, plugins, etc. This seems like a major development issue that should be addressed for compatibility.
You can say that you dont' load jquery but if your theme requires the use of gantry framework to run then you kind of do.
Any help as to where I could look to get this resolved would be much appreciated.

- Yes we offer support for Gantry Framework. But as i am telling Gantry Framework is not loading Jquery. Can you please post your url so i can take a look, if needed also username and password!

Hi,
I would really like to get this sorted as I just ran into another issue with your framework with IE7.
After doing research I found out this was indeed a problem but it's not that my users are on IE7, they are using IE10 and 11 and still getting the unsupported error!
I am using the lexicon theme and when I went to your website on IE11 to demo this theme, everything worked fine.
Could you please tell me the fix so that users on IE10 and IE11 don't get this error?

- Your site works fine for me in IE10 and IE 11 no unsupported screen but in IE7 that will appear! We don't support IE7!
