    SOLVED 400 bad request

    • Everytime I try and assign a template to a page I get this error. How do I fix it?

      400 Bad Request

      Oops, Incomplete data received. Please increase the value of 'max_input_vars' variable (in php.ini or .htaccess).

    • aye, bump your max_input_vars up to 10000

      inside a file named php.ini in your webroot:

      max_input_vars = 10000

    • Matt, I'm also getting this error. I didn't find the php.ini file. Should I create it? or can I use this inside .htaccess?

    • you can create it... or there is a string you can use in your .htaccess... it's slightly different than what I posted... it all depends on what your host allows
