Displaying Mobile Menu Above 767px?

I cannot get the gantry mobile menu to kick in earlier than 767px when scaling down from 1200 using chrome console. I have set the mobile breakpoint and mobile menu to 60rem (960px) but this does not work. I need the mobile menu to display at 0-959px. Using latest stable release gantry 5 version 5.4.10 and wp version 4.7.3 and helium theme.

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

It works the problem was this:
Try to set Gantry 5 to Development Mode in Extras Tab and clear the cache.

If you are using Production mode you will need to hit Recompile CSS button:
