Style Dropdown not available in Editor

I've built a custom design based on the Gantry Framework. All has gone very well, but I've just noticed that when editing an article none of the topography styles are available in the drop down. The style menu basically doesn't work. I'm using the JCE Editor.
How can I make those styles I've created in my custom.css available to me within the editor?
