Error displayed in Gantry Admin

I just updated Gantry, and I'm getting this error directly below the "parameters.ini is writable" notice.

Taking a WILD GUESS
because you didn't mention it in your post I would say you tried to upgrade to Gantry 3.0.12 and I'm also guessing your Host Provider has your account at PHP4.0. You need at least PHP5.2 for the Gantries.
