Help Positioning Module Above Menu

Hi,
We're working on a project based around the Hybrid theme as a new site. Our logo that we're using is bigger then what the HYBRID logo is so it's stretching the header and nav background the way that we want it to. However, we would like to use the extra space to place an ad above the Main Menu. Unfortunately, the Gantry system automatically assigns the menu position before it calls the rest of the modules in that position. I need to either find a work around to this, or if someone can tell me where to find the call outs to the Menu and the Modules in the Gantry framework so that I can switch them so that it calls them in reverse order. I know that there are module positions above the header but that doesn't offer a solution to the problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
