Is the Navigation position missing in Gantry 4?

Hi,
I have just downloaded and installed a fresh copy of Gantry 4.0.3. However, I notice there is no Navigation module position in the new version. This was always there in previous versions. Has it been removed in v4? I see that all other v3 legacy positions are there + some new ones but not Navigation.
I also noticed that the new theme Fracture includes the Navigation position so I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing or my install has a bug??
Btw, where can I obtain a module map detailing all base positions? I have looked all through the Gantry site but cannot find one.
If someone can enlighten me about the Navigation position mystery, I'd be grateful.

- I am guessing you are talking about default gantry template? Module positions are not related to gantry at all but to the layout and structure of the template that uses gantry framework. You said it your self that Fracture has navigation position, right? You can easily add as many module positions as you want to the template

Yes, I am referring to the default Gantry template. Under v3, there was a Navigation position but it appears to have been removed in v4. Is that the case? It appears in Fracture which is built on v4 of course.
So my question remains, has the Navigation position been removed from the default Gantry template in V4? If it hasn't (and it seems odd RT would remove it), then there must be something wrong with my install. This is why I have asked the question.

Ok, thanks.
Is there somewhere we I can obtain a mud map that shows all positions available in the default template? I know I can see the positions by logging in and viewing the LAYOUTS tab in the template but sometimes I am working on a design etc and it's useful to have a map to refer to.

There isn't any but if you compare Layout scheme of any of our templates and the one on default template, you can easily see that almost everything is the same beside missing navigation module positions and extension module position.
Basically, this can also apply to the default gantry template (just remove navigation and extension positions) :

That's what I was doing. I was using the map from Fracture & it has the Nav position. That position has always been there and I did a design that has content in that position but when it came time to build the site, I couldn't find it anywhere in the default template I was building on.

As I said, use the map from Fracture but leave Navigation and Extension module positions.
Or easily add them by your own following documentation example - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
