      hi,

      if you read the whole thread, you'll see that this is likely a joomla bug and not caused by our products.
      you might try with a core joomla template and see what happens.

    • Just wanted to update this in case anyone ran into this problem. Wherever you have your image coding linked, be it in a custom html module or whatever.

      Use the following format: <img src="/images/blank.png">

      Do not use: <img src="../images/blank.png"> this will cause any SEF program to rewrite the URL and cause the image missing problems.

    • I read through the entire post, didn't find a solution.

      I have the dreaded:
      Fatal error: Class 'JModuleHelper' not found in /home/protec36/public_html/libraries/gantry/core/renderers/gantrymodulesrenderer.class.php on line 60

      This error appears on this page: www.protecautocare.com/index.php?option=...format=feed&type=rss with or without the S in the http.

      I upgraded my php from 5.3 to 5.4 and I tested stock Joomla templates, at first it gave me only a 500 error then it switched back to the same error as above. I've contacted the developers at easyblog and they have told me it is a template issue. I also tried switching off SEF url's in Joomla console but that didn't work either.

      I have the latest version of Gantry and Joomla 2.5.14

      From what I gathered, I don't see how you can Joomla can be blamed in this thread for a Gantry causing an error when Rockettheme is the one that created gantry and gantry is the one causing the error.

      Please post a solution for this.

    • hi again,

      unfortunately, as long as there are errors too when using the core joomla template, then it is considered a joomla bug causing this originally, even if the error message mentions gantry while using a gantry template. and we are unable to provide any solution to joomla core issues.

      hi there,

      thank you for the message and the details.

      the fact that your site was built from a rocketlauncher does not necessarily mean that this can't be a core joomla issue. because of course the core joomla system is included in the launcher and any core joomla bug will also appear in our launchers.

      anyways, i just checked your above link and i am getting a non-gantry fatal error there right now:

      Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentFeed::addCustomTag() in /home/protec36/public_html/plugins/system/vmtracking/vmtracking.php on line 356

      can you try to clear that error so that the original gantry error shows? it would also help if you could create a copy of your site and assign a core joomla template there as default. then uninstall gantry and see what happens.

    • Ahh the culprit plugin. There was actually 2 plugins causing this issue.

      The plugin System - JAD Auto Popup seems to mess up with Joomla's library for some reason. The support team for easyblog added the codes below in the file /plugins/system/jad_auto_popup/jad_auto_popup.php and it works fine now :)

      $doc = JFactory::getDocument();

      if( $doc->getType() != 'html' )
      {
      return;
      }
