I am getting a ;
"An error has occurred.
500 View not found [name, type, prefix]: gantry, html, gantryView "
when i try to access the gantry default template on my site.
It is a clean rocket launcher of the latest version. I found that the clean install works but the issue occurs when i install the latest version of k2.
any ideas

Sadly the K2 plugin K2.php is using JRequest::getCmd() which is deprecated.
They should use JFactory::getApplication()->input->get() instead.

Workaround: Just select template name with checkbox and click on Edit button. That will do the same as if you clicked on template name ...
Perhaps "one day" the K2 guys will change that (and stop blaming Gantry) ...

Hi:
Well, I don't have K2, nor Akeeba installed and have two RT (Cerulean and Fracture) sites affected by this error. Akeeba was uninstalled. Error still here. K2 was never installed on both sites. So there is something in gantry that should be verified.
In one of the site disabled almost everything. Directory permissions are ok, PHP memory 256MB, so have tried solutions provided at RT forums. Workaround of check box and using edit button not working...
