Page auto-scrolls up on an iPad

When accessing the home page of this site, the page scrools back to the top automatically on an iPad.
betelec.ergonomiq.net
This does not happen on other pages.
Can someone else replicate this behaviour and determine what is causing it and how to solve it?

Hi Ali,
I don't have an ipad but I can confirm it doesn't do it on an iphone.

Hi David:
I don't have an iPad either. My client told me that is happening on his iPad...but I have no way of verifying it. If anyone else has an iPad and can test to see if it happens for them, and then perhaps assist in resolving it, would be greatly appreciated.
