Unwanted image resizing

I have a peculiar issue with an image resizing. When resizing the browser to responsive sizes, the image at the top left of page (mast artwork) seems to change to specified sizes. It doesn't seem to remain fluid like the logo does at the top right of page.
I put both images on the page in the same fashion (using modules) and they are not using any particuar styles so I am unsure as why this is happening.

Any help is appreciated.

- Thanks, Dan for quick reply. No I hadn't done that. But I didn't do it for the logo at the top right of the page either - and it acts as I would like it to: fluid and not jumping to predetermined sizes.
