    • Hi,

I have a need to have a gap between the sidebar and the main content of a page. In other words, I need set a menu to sidebar-a and push it all the way to the left of the page with the width it would have if there were also a sidebar-b between a and the content.

Does that Make sense? I' attaching an image to help demonstrate. My Photoshop skills are amazing by the way.

    • you could do it a couple different ways...

I think you could actually publish an empty module in sidebar b... just a custom html module, hide the title and give it a module suffix of " hidden-desktop hidden-tablet hidden-phone"

Or you could create a large Sidebar A, use some custom html to either float it left or stick a fixed-width empty <div> that floats to the right in it...

or similarly, in the main content area you could wrap your content in a fixed-width <div> and float it right...

sorta depends what you want your background to be in the gap... mainbody background or sidebar background... and what type of content you have in the main content area and sidebars...
