    Gantry framework without internet connection

      PHP : 5.4.7
      APACHE : 2.4.3
      CURL : 7.24.0
      JOOMLA : 3.3.0
      GANTRY : 4.1.24

      My problem is : 0 couldn't connect to host, when I want to open the administration of the template.

      I saw the post on the firewall (FIREWALL https outgoing activation), but my concern is that we are on an intranet server and it has no connections to the Internet. What can I do?
